Lemon Curd, Pepper Jelly and Blackberry Jelly. Fingers crossed that I get some strawberries and blueberries this week. I also plan to start my orange marmalade tomorrow!!! And for crying out loud, why can't I find 4oz jelly jars anywhere!!??
